Surgical Staplers – Instruments in Surgery

Mechanical suturing is used in surgery to join tissues with a surgical stapler. Staplers allow for much faster suturing, thereby reducing the duration of the surgery. A significant advantage of using a stapler is that it can be operated in hard-to-reach areas while ensuring a secure closure. Both absorbable and non-absorbable staples can be used.
