Recruitment process

How does our recruitment process look like?

We always adapt the recruitment process depending on the position and the needs of the candidate. Can you only meet in the late afternoon? No problem! We want you to feel comfortable - we dedicate this time exclusively to you.

    • We will review your CV

      We are curious about your CV. Send it by going to the job offer that interests you. The system will guide you through all the steps, and we will call you to invite you for an interview.

    • We will invite you for an online interview with members of the HR Department.

      During this stage, we want to get to know you better. You will let us know your expectations and tell us about your past experiences, and we will answer your questions.

    • A face-to-face meeting at the Skamex headquarters with your future supervisor.

      You will complete a task (optional). Certain positions require the assessment of specific skills that are important to us. In such cases, during the meeting with your future supervisor, you will be invited to complete a recruitment task.
