The ribbing on the tubes reinforces their structure, minimizing the risk of lumen collapse during suction.

Medline's ORNEX series has an additional male connector pre-attached to the tube. The ORS series features a satin finish and an anti-kink end that prevents the tube from collapsing.  

The ORNEX series is available in 3 diameters and 3 lengths.
