Description

Cathejell Lidocaine C is a lubricant used for catheterization with local anesthetic and disinfectant properties, to be administered into the urethra before inserting a catheter or other medical instrument.

Key features of the gel include:

  • Provides relief through its anesthetic action due to the presence of lidocaine;
  • Acts as an antiseptic with chlorhexidine content;
  • Begins to take effect within 5 minutes of application;
  • Minimizes the risk of iatrogenic injuries;
  • Intended for catheterization, probing, endoscopy, and cystoscopy;
  • Safe for use in children and oncology patients;
  • Free from preservatives and parabens;
  • Sterilized with steam.

Each gram of gel contains 20 mg lidocaine hydrochloride and 0.5 mg chlorhexidine dihydrochloride.
