The Lux 35 Detector is a new ergonomic 35x43 cm design from Carestream Health. Its lightweight construction and rounded edges are particularly helpful during bedside imaging, and strategically placed finger grips make transport and positioning even easier. Together, the lighter weight and improved grip can reduce the frequency and cost of drops and cracks.
- The cesium iodide (CsI) scintillator provides lower dose and improved image quality,
- Rounded corners and beveled edges provide greater comfort for the patient when the detector needs to be placed behind their back or underneath a lying patient,
- Compatible with X-Factor, allowing the detector to be shared across all Carestream DRX devices,
- It utilizes ImageView software based on the Eclipse platform,
- The lightest detector in the family, weighing approximately 2.5 kg.
