Poole tips have an additional attachment with rows of holes that allow for gentle and efficient suction. They are used in abdominal procedures, including obstetrics during cesarean sections.   

Mediplast suction sets have a tip permanently attached to the drain to prevent disconnection during a procedure. The tip attachment is visible under X-rays to ensure patient safety during the procedure. There are various CH diameter tips and distal ends available to choose from.
