Exudrain Mini

Exudrain Mini Exudrain is a low-pressure drainage system with a small capacity. Made from soft material, the bellows allow for easy one-handed operation.  

• Initial average vacuum after activation: 75 mmHg 
• Bellows capacity: 110 ml 
• The bellows have 2 valves at the inlet and outlet  
• Supplied as a set with a drain 

Application: 

• Hand surgery 
• Biopsy 
• Same-day surgery 

Low pressure selection 

The use of low-pressure drains has many advantages, such as: 

• Efficient suction¹ 
• Reduced blood loss² 
• Better drainage collection³ 
• Earlier removal of drains⁴ 
• Less tissue aspiration⁵ 

In cases where too much pressure is applied, tissues and small vessels may be sucked into the drains, leading to excessive blood loss and increased patient discomfort. Mediplast's low-pressure sets provide effective drainage with fewer issues.⁶
